Fundraising Overview 

Our Cooperative Preschool is proud to offer quality affordable preschool. We strive to keep tuition cost low and are able to do that through fundraising. In order to make fundraisers a success, we need your participation to reach our fundraising goal. Fundraisers allow us to ask the community at large to help support our school instead of the burden always falling on our families. Don’t be afraid to ask friends and family to support our fundraisers.

What does fundraising pay for?


Fundraising benefits our school in many ways. It helps pay our exceptional teachers salary, the supplies and equipment used in our classrooms, keeps our tuition cost low, and help provide scholarships. 


What is your role?


Fundraising is the responsibility of the entire preschool. Each family is expected to raise about $250 for the preschool. That can come in the form of earning pledges, procuring raffle prizes, selling 50/50 raffle tickets, volunteering your time and much more. Don’t be discouraged, there are many easy opportunities to fulfill you fundraising obligations. Please contact our Fundraising Chair for additional ways that you can help with fundraising or if you have any questions.

Just for eating at El Sombrero the night of the take-over they will donate 15% of all food sales. Don’t forget to invite your family, friends and neighbors.

Our Annual Trike-a-Thon is our largest fundraiser of the year. While our preschool students ride tricycles for pledges there will be a 50/50 raffle, raffle prizes, silent auction and a bake sale. Ways you can help make the Trike-a-thon a success:

  • Solicited pledges from family and friends

  • Procure raffle prizes

  • Volunteer prior to event and/or day of event

  • Sell 50/50 Raffle tickets in the community

  • Bake goodies for the Bake Sale

Other Ways to Give

  • Donations can be made at any time and are tax deductible. 

  • Plan a fundraiser to benefit the preschool (Crafting Party, DoTerra, Pampered Chef, etc.)

  • Are there professional services you or someone you know could provide free of charge to the preschool? Donated time and expertise is always appreciated.
